Arrange was built out of a real problem. Coordinating interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring teams meant endless emails, missed replies, double-booked slots, and hours lost to logistics that had nothing to do with actually recruiting.
The tools that existed were built for simple 1:1 booking, not for the complexity of multi-party interview coordination. So we built one that was.
Arrange is purpose-built for recruiters, talent coordinators, and the people who sit in the middle of the process every day, collecting availability, sending invites, chasing confirmations, and making sure every interview actually happens.

I spent over a decade in recruitment, specializing in Public Relations and Communications. I built Brian Simon Associates in 2016, and over the years I've been recognized by Business Insider as one of the '12 Top Public Relations Recruiters to Know Right Now.'
But the thing nobody talks about enough is the logistics. The hours spent chasing availability, sending the same email three times, juggling candidates and clients and hiring managers across time zones, just to get one interview on the calendar.
The tools that existed weren't built for that. They were built for simple booking. Not for the person in the middle, managing multiple parties, multiple rounds, and multiple moving pieces every day.
So I built Arrange. Not as a side project, but because I lived the problem, and I knew exactly what the solution needed to look like.
Arrange is for the coordinator, the recruiter, the EA, the person making sure every interview actually happens. That's who we're building for.
