    • Candidate Scheduling Links – In all your candidate presentation emails to your clients / hiring managers - Embed “If you’d like to meet this candidate, click here.” Your client can provide availability or request avails from the candidate and Arrange does the coordination and sends the invites automatically.

    • Arrange Connect – Create booking pages for clients/hiring managers. Combine availability across multiple external contacts (great for panel interviews) and schedule from a single, shareable link.

    • Matchmaker – Clients and candidates submit availability in parallel; Arrange grabs the earliest match and fires off the invite to everyone.

  • The Arrange Pro Plan is priced at $20 per user per month when billed annually, which offers a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For monthly billing, the cost is $25 per user per month. This plan is ideal for users who want to experience Arrange's full suite of features at an affordable price.

  • We offer flexible options to ensure that Arrange adapts to your changing needs - so yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with no hassle - everything can be done directly on the web app portal under the Subscriptions tab.   • We accept payments through Stripe, a secure online payment platform. You can use major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe.

  • At Arrange, we take data privacy and security seriously. We only collect and use your data to provide you with our services and improve your experience. We adhere to strict privacy policies and do not share your data with third parties without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • To cancel your plan, simply navigate to your account settings and select the option to cancel your subscription. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation, and once confirmed, your subscription will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to Arrange until the end of the billing period. We would love to hear the reasoning of cancellation as we want to make sure everyone has an amazing scheduling experience via Arrange.

  • If your payment fails due to reasons such as an expired credit card or insufficient funds, we will attempt to notify you via email. You will have a grace period to update your payment information and resolve the issue. During this time, your account may be temporarily suspended, but you will retain access once the payment is successfully processed.

  • Yes! With Arrange Pro, you can easily schedule meetings on behalf of two or more external parties without needing access to their calendars. Use Candidate Scheduling Links to automate flows like Matchmaker or Candidate First/Client First to find the best time that works for everyone, or Arrange Connect to coordinate panel interviews or by generating scheduling links for your clients/hiring managers - Arrange handles the back-and-forth so you don’t have to.
